Sukhdev Pal Singh

I am experienced in carrying out my roles and responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent, Contract Administrator, and Project Manager. I have worked on various projects across Scotland, including social & private new-build housing, refurbishments, conversions, commercial fit-out, hotels, cyclical maintenance/repairs, demolition, and groundwork. I have experience in projects using SBCC/JCT and NEC suite of contracts, together with bespoke contracts and development agreements.

• My career highlight, so far, has been passing my APC in 2021 and becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS).
• I am keen to work hard, develop my career within the profession, and continually aspire to improve myself and deliver greater results in the projects I am involved in.
• When I am not working, I enjoy meeting friends and family for a bite to eat or a few drinks. I also try to keep fit and healthy by going to the gym and long walks.
