
Monty Langmuir

Monty joined the family practice in 1987, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.
Now Managing Director, Monty is personally responsible for overseeing the delivery of L+H services to our clients, ensuring that resources are maintained to meet and exceed client expectations.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Monty has considerable experience in providing quantity surveyor, employer’s agent and project manager services and delivering projects from inception to completion. Providing value for money to L+H clients is central to Monty’s goals.
He has successfully delivered many projects across various industry sectors, including social housing, residential, regeneration, leisure, health, education, historic buildings, civils works and mixed-use projects.
Monty’s experience and LLM in Construction Law have allowed him to support clients in dispute resolution procedures and be appointed an expert witness in construction disputes.
